Each session starts with an assessment, includes manual therapy, corrective movements, and a personalized treatment plan. We also employ advanced techniques like dry needling, joint mobilizations, and more.


Registered Massage Therapy

Our RMTs are experts in hands-on therapy, including myofascial techniques. Sessions comprise assessment, manual therapy, some corrective movement, and a personalized plan. We prioritize movement improvement. Please bring/wear shorts and a sports bra/tank top for assessment and proactive engagement during your session.

Alex combines her love for movement, research, and the human body into her work as a physiotherapist. She completed both her BSc in Human and Cellular Physiology and her Master of Physical Therapy at UBC, bringing together a strong foundation in science with practical experience in personal training.

She enjoys working with clients of all ages and abilities—from older adults and people with chronic health conditions to athletes and weekend warriors—using an evidence-informed approach paired with functional, accessible exercises. Alex is passionate about helping people discover how simple, meaningful movement can support their goals and improve their daily lives.

Originally from the Rocky Mountains of Alberta, Alex now loves exploring the West Coast through weightlifting, running, swimming, and hiking Vancouver’s ocean–mountain trails.

Christina completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at the University of Alberta in 2007 and has since built her career in private practice, focusing on orthopedic and musculoskeletal care. She is a Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manipulative Physiotherapists (FCAMPT) and brings extensive experience as both a physiotherapist and former kinesiologist. With certifications in Clinical Pilates, acupuncture, and dry needling, Christina uses a personalized, multi-modal approach—integrating manual therapy, Pilates, needling, and functional exercise—to help clients move better and stay injury-free. As a mom of two, she has a special interest in supporting pre- and post-natal clients through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. She also speaks Cantonese and conversational Mandarin. An active lifestyle has always been at the heart of who she is. Outside the clinic, Christina enjoys time with her family, dancing, playing field hockey, staying active outdoors, and travelling. Nathan Santos is a registered physiotherapist with over a decade of clinical experience. He earned his Master of Physical Therapy from the University of British Columbia and has worked extensively with clients across all stages of life — from teenagers navigating sport injuries to older adults looking to stay strong, mobile, and independent.

Nathan’s practice spans active families, weekend warriors, and high-performance athletes, including those in the NHL, MLS, NBA, and professional skateboarding. He has a particular focus on post-operative rehabilitation, arthritis management, and long-term preventative care that supports healthy aging and confident movement.

His approach blends hands-on therapy, progressive strength training, and clear education, meeting each client where they are and guiding them toward durable, meaningful improvements.

Ryan is a Registered Massage Therapist and Langara College graduate with a strong foundation in strength training and personal athletic development. His transition from weight training to triathlon training gives him a unique understanding of biomechanics, recovery, and the physical demands placed on the body.

He takes a hands-on, collaborative approach to treatment—combining therapeutic techniques with clear education to help clients manage pain, improve mobility, and prevent future injury. Drawing from experience across multiple training disciplines, Ryan supports clients in building long-term functional wellness and confidence in their movement.

Carman has been practicing physiotherapy for more than 20 years in the area of sports and orthopaedics. He is an UBC alumni and clinical instructor in the UBC Masters of Physical Therapy Program. He is actively involved with mentoring physiotherapists who are pursuing their Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) physiotherapy certifications. He attained his FCAMPT designation in 2010 (Fellow of the Canadian Academy of Manual and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists) and has extensive experience treating complex spinal and orthopedic conditions. His 15 years of IMS needling experience (ChanGunnIMS) has helped treat many people with myofascial and neuropathic pain conditions. He has good experience with concussions & vestibular rehabilitation, and temporomandibular disorders (TMD). Carman has always enjoyed an active lifestyle! He enjoys team sports and has played in soccer, hockey and multisport leagues. He can be seen road cycling, and completed the North Shore Triple Crown in the past. He enjoys playing with his toddler son, planning that next big trip, and finding the next happy hour with friends!
